As you shop please keep the following points in mind:

* Your order is not charged until it is shipped. We will review your order at Spring Wind and call you with any issues. We apply personal attention to each order.

o Please log in to the shopping cart by choosing Log In at the top left of the page. This will obviate the need to fill in your shipping address each time you order.

o As you order from the bulk herb section keep in mind that the Add Selected Items to Cart button must be selected before moving on to a new page in order for the items chosen on the current page to be added to the shopping cart. You can view the added items immediately in the shopping cart on right-hand side bar. Products can also be located by typing a Pin Yin or Latin name in the "search box" at the top right of the page.

o Bulk herbs are commodities and prices change continually. We try to keep the web prices up to date. We will notify you if the price of any item on your order changes substantially.

o The on-line shopping cart is not yet capable of detecting customers who should not be paying tax. If your order is being shipped to a California address and you have a tax form on file with us we will deduct tax from any eligible item (such as Spring Wind Products for external use) to which it has been applied before charging your account. You will receive a detailed invoice with your order.

o Shipping charges are estimates. The software is set to overestimate the shipping. If it turns out that shipping exceeds the amount listed in your shopping cart by more than three dollars we will notify you before shipping the order. In almost all cases the shipping will be less than that listed in the shopping cart. We will try to refine this aspect of the ordering system as we proceed.
